Why I built BREATHmg

I built BREATHmg because meditation often left my restless mind more frustrated than calm. Measured breathing gave my attention something physical to follow, but most breathwork resources assumed too much experience. As a product and UX designer, I began making guided recordings for myself, then shaped them into a clear beginner program after friends struggled with the same barrier. How is BREATHmg different from a typical breathwork app?

BREATHmg is a 40 Hz Binaural Beats Breathwork Program. It builds a consistent binaural layer into every guided recording, then organizes those recordings into a finite, progressive 60-day path. Five connected Gears follow a planned sequence instead of appearing as disconnected exercises, mood-based suggestions, or random ambient backgrounds.

Does access end after 60 days?

No. The 60 days describe the guided path through the program. Your account access does not expire at day 60, and the downloads are yours to keep.

What do four Breath Buddies seats mean?
