BREATHmg Individual and Breath Buddies purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the program is not useful for you, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. No reason is required.

How to request a refund

Use the refund-request form on this page. Submit the purchaser name, purchase email, and order number. An additional message is optional.

BREATHmg will respond to the request within 24 hours. This is a response-time commitment, not a promise that a bank or payment provider will complete the refund within 24 hours.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider or financial institution.

Free accounts, military access, and approved nonprofit access do not involve a purchase and therefore do not have a refundable payment.

Digital access after a refund

When a complete refund is issued, paid account entitlements and unused Buddy invitations associated with that purchase may be removed. Files already downloaded remain subject to the personal-use license in the Terms of Service and may not be redistributed.
