What is BREATHmg
BreathMG is a structured 60-day breath training system designed to help people regulate their nervous system through simple breathing patterns and short breath holds.
The program includes 17 guided audio sessions, a detailed ebook and program manual, printable daily trackers, and a quick start guide so users can begin immediately.
The system uses breathing patterns like gears in a car. By changing the rhythm and intensity of breathing, users can intentionally shift their physical and emotional state, moving from calm to energized and back again.
BreathMG was built to remove the confusion around breathwork and provide a simple system people can actually follow.
What Makes BreathMG Different
Many breathwork programs rely heavily on mystical language, spiritual framing, or complex traditions that can be difficult for beginners to understand.
BreathMG was intentionally designed to avoid that barrier.
The system uses clear, practical terminology and a simple framework based on breathing patterns and physiological response. Instead of abstract concepts, BreathMG organizes breathing techniques into “gears,” similar to shifting gears in a car.
Slower breathing patterns act as a downshift, helping calm the nervous system. Faster breathing patterns act as an upshift, increasing alertness and energy.
This gear-based framework makes it easy to understand how different breathing patterns influence the body and allows users to intentionally shift their state in a repeatable way.
While breath awareness has long existed in Tibetan traditions, BreathMG is presented here as a practical training system rather than a spiritual teaching. The goal is to translate breathwork into a clear, accessible framework that anyone can understand without needing prior experience with meditation or traditional breath practices.
BreathMG focuses on practical application rather than mysticism, making breathwork accessible to people who want a clear, structured, and scientifically grounded approach.

About BREATHmg
BreathMG was created as a simple, structured approach to breath training.
Many breathwork programs focus on individual techniques or long courses that can be difficult to integrate into everyday life. BreathMG organizes several proven breathing patterns into a clear gear-based system that is easy to learn and easy to use.
The program combines guided audio sessions, written guides, and daily trackers to help people build a consistent practice that supports nervous system regulation, focus, and recovery.
The goal is not to introduce new breathing techniques, but to organize the most useful ones into a practical framework that can be used daily.
Abut the Author
BreathMG was developed by James Glenn, a Tibetan-American designer and breathwork practitioner who grew up in Nepal within a cultural environment where breath and meditation practices are part of everyday life.
After years of exploring different breathwork systems and meditation methods, he set out to build a structure that would make breath training easier to understand and easier to maintain as a daily routine.
James studied art and computer science at the University of California, Berkeley, and has spent more than two decades working in design and technology as a UX and Product designer. BreathMG combines that background with traditional breathing practices to create a clear, accessible system for modern users.
