About
The BREATHmg Program
BREATHmg is a structured breathing protocol designed to help individuals regulate their nervous system using simple, measurable breathing patterns.
The program combines several well-known breath practices including controlled nasal breathing, rapid breathing cycles, breath holds, and visualization techniques. These methods have been explored in traditions such as Tibetan Tummo, modern breathwork practices, and contemporary research on autonomic nervous system regulation.
The BREATHmg system organizes these techniques into a clear 60-day progression using audio guidance, written instruction, and daily tracking tools.
The goal is simple:
To help people develop a reliable way to shift their internal state using nothing more than their breath.
